The renter must hold a valid standard driver's license, and be listed on the signed rental agreement. Additional drivers must also be listed. The renter is responsible for the motorhome from pickup until return, including fines, tolls, and damage not covered by insurance.
Proof of insurance is required before keys are handed over. A $500 refundable security deposit is collected before pickup and returned within five business days of a clean return.
No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle at any time. Pets are permitted only when agreed in writing in advance. The motorhome may not be taken off paved or established campground roads, used for commercial purposes, or driven outside the continental United States without written permission.
Included mileage is 100 miles per day; additional miles are quoted before the trip. Six generator hours per day are included. The vehicle must be returned with fuel and propane at pickup levels and with holding tanks emptied, or applicable service fees apply.
Cancellations 30 or more days before the pickup date receive a full refund of all payments including the deposit. Cancellations 14 to 29 days out receive a 50% refund of rental charges plus the full deposit. Cancellations inside 14 days are non-refundable, though the deposit is always returned.
If a mechanical problem on our end makes the motorhome unavailable, you receive a full refund without exception, and we will help find an alternative where we can. Cancellations for documented severe weather, road closures, or wildfire evacuation orders affecting your destination are handled case-by-case and have always been resolved in the renter's favor.
This website carries no analytics or advertising trackers. The two forms on this site submit through our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores the submission so we can read and reply to it. Nothing else about your visit is recorded.
Information you do send us — name, phone, email, dates, driver's license and insurance details required for the rental agreement — is used only to arrange and service your rental. It is never sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required to complete the booking, such as an insurance provider you have asked us to contact. Records tied to a completed rental are retained as long as needed for tax and liability purposes and then destroyed.
